Paleo Health Bars – Review

Bearded Brothers

The People I talk to about Paleo, often ask me about snacks for travelling, or just to have to hand, rather than having to prep something a week in advance. Often people don’t have the time for prep and therefore they may well ‘slip’ off their Paleo journey for the sake of convenience.

The good news is that as the Paleo lifestyle and the dietary element in particular become more popular, mainstream, commercial health food manufacturers, are stepping up to the challenge and providing options that fulfill these consumer requirements.

In this post I provide you some details of 3 such snack bars from quite different suppliers but all available through online purchase from Amazon.com

All of these bars can be purchased through Amazon by clicking on the product images. If you should decide to purchase them this way then I want you to be aware that they will cost no more than if you go to Amazon direct but also that I will receive a small commission from your purchase, which is what helps to keep my Paleo Blog here on the internet, and I would be grateful for your business.

  1. Thanks for the informative review. Not assuming that everyone that comes across your site is well versed in Paleo is intuitive and well placed.  I’ve been adhering to a keto lifestyle for almost 2 years now and I’m leery of processed keto snacks because of the popularity of keto and the propensity of BIG FOOD to try and cash in.  These recommendations look good… unfortunately they’re too high in carbs content to be able to fit into my macros.  Do they also make keto friendly options?

  2. A very useful and helpful review. My other half is very interested in the paleo diet, and has been doing pretty well on it, but frequently complains that he doesn’t have any snacks other than beef jerky. He’s also interested in making his diet more vegan, or incorporating more vegan elements into it at least, so these products sound like exactly the sort of thing he is looking for. Thanks very much for sharing.

    • Hey really great to be able to help someone that is why I write this Blog. I hope you have some luck with these products and that Paleo works for your partner. Thanks for coming by

  3. Hey, would you happen to know if these are artificially sweetened? I usually buy the go macro bars from Trader Joes, not sure if they are paleo but I use them as a quick and filling snack when I’m on the go. I haven’t personally started the paleo diet yet, but have considered it in the past. Maybe I’ll give these bars a try.
